The SERVICE You Deserve

This very used word has had its meaning diluted to the point that just returning a phone call is now considered the hallmark of “personal service.” I believe that personal service is not something you do, it is something you embody.

My ability to provide personal service comes directly from my background in the hospitality industry. Prior to becoming a Realtor®, I spent 15 years working in the highly competitive hotel business where I spent four years with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company. It was during this time that I learned three very important concepts:

– Elegance Without Warmth Is Arrogance

In real estate, I believe the corollary is: Service Without Sincerity Is Arrogance. Again, most others believe that service is an action, I believe that service is part of your being.

– Ladies and Gentlemen Service Ladies and Gentlemen

This statement simply reflects the fact that my clients and I are equals and parts of the same equation. We should show respect and sincerity to each other and work together as a team.

– Anticipate and Comply With Your Clients Needs

This statement reflects that compliance with your needs is not good enough. I am committed to anticipating your needs and having the solutions available to you before you need them not simply as you need them. Any real estate agent can get you answers after the fact. Only those committed to delivering a special experience will have those answers before you ask the question.
The KNOWLEDGE You Expect

Knowledge is different from experience. Someone can have years of experience but not the latest knowledge. My knowledge is the result of a commitment to never stop learning. I am constantly looking for new and innovative ways to meet and exceed my clients’ needs.

Knowledge comes from trial and error. Sometimes we do things that don’t work as planned. However, that knowledge is as important as knowing what does work. And, even more importantly, knowledge conquers doubt.

A REPUTATION You Can Count On

This is the most intangible differentiation factor. Reputation does not mean integrity or honesty. The vast majority of real estate agents are honest and ethical. I work with them every day as I negotiate deals for my clients.

I define reputation as doing what you say you will or “being your word”. I know that your experience is going to determine not only if you will use me again but also whether you will refer me to your friends, colleagues and family members.
